Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 can peas undrained
- 1 c. carrots sliced
- 2 c. onions chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 potato (more if you like) diced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water (use more if using frozen peas)
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in roasting pan and bake at 275° for five hours.
