Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage, browned, save drippings
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (1 lb.) can B & M baked beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can wax beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can green beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can lima beans
  • 1/2 lb. bacon

Method

  • Saute celery, green pepper and onion in sausage drippings until tender.
  • In large roaster, combine all of the ingredients except bacon.
  • Put bacon on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
