Ingredients
- 1 lb. fish fillet
- mushrooms
- onion
- sour cream or yogurt
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook mushrooms and onions about 3 minutes.
- Spoon over fish. Mix sour cream or yogurt with Parmesan cheese; spread over mushrooms.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
