Ingredients
- 6 c. fish, boiled
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. onions, diced
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. garlic pepper
- 1 egg
Method
- Use large bass filets. Boil in cajun crab shrimp seasoning till flakes apart. Cool and mash up.
- Add all ingredients and squish up. Needs to be consistency to form into balls (slightly smaller than golf ball).
- Drop fritters into 350° deep fryer.
- Fry till golden brown.
