Ingredients
- 2 lb. schrod or flounder
- flour
- salt, pepper and paprika
- 1 c. sour cream, more if needed
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces), drained
- bread crumbs
- butter or margarine
Method
- Cut fish into good size pieces.
- Dip each piece into mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Place fish into buttered baking dish.
- In small bowl mix sour cream, Parmesan cheese and mushrooms.
- Spread mixture over fish.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
