Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. whitefish
- 1/4 c. water
- salt and pepper
- onion flakes or celery seed
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick melted margarine
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Precook fish 10 minutes in water, salt, pepper and onion flakes or celery seed.
- Mix Ritz crackers, crumbled, with margarine and cheese.
