Ingredients
- 16 oz. flounder or haddock
- 4 c. broccoli
- 8 lemon wedges
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
Method
- Cut fish into strips.
- Cut broccoli into small pieces. Alternate broccoli pieces and rolled fish strips onto kabob spears adding lemon wedges to each end.
- Baste with salad dressing. Broil 8 to 10 minutes.
