Ingredients
- 1 lb. fish fillet (snapper, grouper or haddock)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. shrimp soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- Marinate fish in lemon juice for 10 minutes. Mix butter, soup and sour cream. Pour over fish. Broil 10 minutes. Bake in 350° oven until it starts to bubble or turn brown. Serves 2.
