Ingredients
- 1 large flank or round steak
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 eggs
- cracker crumbs
Method
- Cut steak into strips, about 1 to 2-inches wide and 5 to 6-inches long.
- Beat two eggs, add garlic salt.
- Dip steak in mixture, then roll in cracker crumbs and deep fry.
- Very good, even cold.
