Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup flour
- apricot preserves
- chopped nuts
Method
- Mix ingredients, except preserves and nuts.
- Shape into balls the size of a walnut and press into miniature muffin tins.
- Fill with 1 teaspoon apricot preserves, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned.
