Ingredients
- pork tenderloin can be substituted for chicken breast
- white vinegar
- soy sauce
- ginger root
- pepper corn Black
- bay leaves Whole
- garlic powder
- garlic
- olive oil
Method
- Prepare Ingredients - Cut Meat into Chunks, Roughly Chop Garlic, Cut Ginger into Bamboo Shoot Size Pieces
- Brown Meat in Pan on Med/High Heat Over Olive Oil - Add Pepper, Garlic Powder & Splash of Soy Sauce
- Remove Meat From Pan
- Sear Garlic and Ginger in Olive Oil Until Aromatic
- Add Meat, White Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Garlic Powder, Pepper & Bay Leaves
- Cover Meat With Water & Bring to a Boil
- Let Simmer on Low/Med Heat for 30-45 min
- If Too Salty Add More Water - If Too Sour Add More Soy Sauce & Pepper
- Serve Over Rice & Get Some Juices!
