Ingredients

  • pork tenderloin can be substituted for chicken breast
  • white vinegar
  • soy sauce
  • ginger root
  • pepper corn Black
  • bay leaves Whole
  • garlic powder
  • garlic
  • olive oil

Method

  • Prepare Ingredients - Cut Meat into Chunks, Roughly Chop Garlic, Cut Ginger into Bamboo Shoot Size Pieces
  • Brown Meat in Pan on Med/High Heat Over Olive Oil - Add Pepper, Garlic Powder & Splash of Soy Sauce
  • Remove Meat From Pan
  • Sear Garlic and Ginger in Olive Oil Until Aromatic
  • Add Meat, White Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Garlic Powder, Pepper & Bay Leaves
  • Cover Meat With Water & Bring to a Boil
  • Let Simmer on Low/Med Heat for 30-45 min
  • If Too Salty Add More Water - If Too Sour Add More Soy Sauce & Pepper
  • Serve Over Rice & Get Some Juices!
