Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic or 1 1/2 cloves, chopped
- 2 1/2 tsp. ginger sherry or 2 tsp. chopped ginger
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Put chicken parts in plastic storage bag.
- (I think chicken tastes best when skinned with this marinade.)
- Pour marinade over chicken in bag.
- Squeeze all the air out of the bag and close.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Bake chicken as usual pouring remaining sauce over chicken. Serve with white rice.
