Ingredients
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 c. fig preserves
Method
- Mix ingredients in a large bowl, one at a time.
- Add the pecans last.
- In a buttered tube pan, cook for 45 minutes at 300°.
