Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes (with jalapeno peppers)
  • slider bun
  • 2 bell peppers, jalapeno, sliced (optional)
  • 6 slices monterey jack pepper cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • seasoning salt
  • hamburger seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 cup sour cream
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 14 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 Hass avocado
  • 12 lemon
  • 12 lime
  • 12 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 ounces diced tomatoes

Method

  • Pour diced tomatoes in a bowl and place in fridge to chill.
  • Dice 2 tbsp of fresh cilantro.
  • Set aside 1/2 of mixture for guacamole.
  • In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 jalapeno (finely chopped), 1/4 tsp oregano, 1 tbsp fresh cilatro (finely chopped).
  • Place in fridge to chill.
  • In a bowl, mix 1 lb ground beef, seasoning salt (to taste), hamburger seasoning (to taste), powdered garlic (to taste).
  • Form 6 slider sized patties, place in fridge.
  • In a food processor, mix 1 haas avocados, juice of 1/2 lemon, juice of 1/2 lime, 1 tbsp of cilantro (finely chopped), 1 clove garlic (minced) and 2 oz can of diced tomatoes.
  • Place in bowl, refrigerate and chill.
  • Grill patties to desired temperature.
  • Top each with slice pepperjack cheese.
  • (optional).
  • Slice jalapenos (optional).
  • Spread Chipotle Mayonnaise on slider buns.
  • Add patty.
  • Top with guacamole dressing and diced tomatoes.
