Ingredients

  • 12 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 12 cup sour milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 12 cups ground flax seeds
  • 12 cup wheat germ
  • 1 12 cups natural bran
  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Method

  • Blend first six ingredients well.
  • Set aside.
  • Combine all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add wet mixture to dry, mixing just until blended.
  • Fill 30-36 muffin tins 3/4 full and bake 20-25 minutes.
