Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. half and half
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 lb. thawed shrimp
  • 1 (5 or 6 oz.) can crabmeat
  • 8 oz. fettucini

Method

  • Over medium heat, combine and melt butter, half and half, pepper, salt and garlic.
  • Do not boil!
  • If mixture appears to be too thin, add cornstarch to thicken.
  • Add shrimp and crabmeat. Heat thoroughly and serve over hot fettucini.
  • Serves 3 to 4 people.
