Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. half and half
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 lb. thawed shrimp
- 1 (5 or 6 oz.) can crabmeat
- 8 oz. fettucini
Method
- Over medium heat, combine and melt butter, half and half, pepper, salt and garlic.
- Do not boil!
- If mixture appears to be too thin, add cornstarch to thicken.
- Add shrimp and crabmeat. Heat thoroughly and serve over hot fettucini.
- Serves 3 to 4 people.
