Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 lb. fettucine
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1/4 lb. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 lb. imported ham
- black pepper
Method
- Melt butter and stir in flour.
- Add cream and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
- Boil pasta; drain.
- Put sauce over pasta; add 3/4 of the ham and cheese.
- Add black pepper.
- Toss and add rest of ham and cheese.
- As a side dish, omit ham.
