Ingredients
- 1 large can scallops (vegetable protein)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk or half and half
- 1 c. seasoned or plain bread crumbs
- vegetable oil
Method
- Drain scallops.
- Beat eggs and milk together, forming batter. Dip scallops in batter, then in bread crumbs and sprinkle generously garlic powder on scallops.
