Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • milk (optional)

Method

  • Brown sausage in a skillet and drain.
  • Cut the block of velveeta cheese into 'chunks' and put in a crockpot.
  • Add the sausage and can of Rotel tomatoes.
  • Cook on high until cheese melts.
  • You can add some milk to this to achieve the desired consistency as once the cheese melts it is a thick dip however we like it this way best.
  • We serve this with tortilla chips, flour tortillas and corn tortillas.
