Ingredients
- 2 lbs Velveeta cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- milk (optional)
Method
- Brown sausage in a skillet and drain.
- Cut the block of velveeta cheese into 'chunks' and put in a crockpot.
- Add the sausage and can of Rotel tomatoes.
- Cook on high until cheese melts.
- You can add some milk to this to achieve the desired consistency as once the cheese melts it is a thick dip however we like it this way best.
- We serve this with tortilla chips, flour tortillas and corn tortillas.
