Ingredients
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- salt and cinnamon to taste
- 1 1/2 qt. diced fruit
Method
- Prepare and cut up fruit into a baking dish to depth of 2-inches.
- Mix sugar with melted butter. Blend in other ingredients and spread over fruit. Bake at 350° until fruit is tender, usually about 1/2 hour.
- Serves 8 to 10.
