Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. farfelle (bow tie pasta)
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 3 medium carrots, julienned
- 9 scallions, cut diagonally into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 40 fresh sage leaves, stems removed
- salt to taste
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 Tbsp. freshly grated cheese (such as Jack or soy Mozzarella; optional)
Method
- Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions.
