Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup Sherdded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten
  • 4 whole Thin Cut Pork Chops
  • 1 cup Shredded Gruyere Cheese

Method

  • Put the butter into a skillet and heat up over medium high heat.
  • While the butter is melting, combine the flour, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.
  • Lightly beat the eggs in a separate shallow dish.
  • Pat the pork chops dry and dip into the eggs and coat; transfer to the bread crumb/flour dish and coat completely and place in the skillet.
  • Repeat with the other 3 chops and cook on each side for roughly 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Turn off heat and move the pan.
  • Top the chops with the shredded gruyere and cover till cheese is melted.
  • Ive served these with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies or with pasta.
  • Either way, theyre great!
