Ingredients
- 1 large potato
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 pat butter
- 2 slices bacon
Method
- Peel the potato and split in half.
- Salt and pepper each half. Put a large slice of onion and a pat of butter between the halves.
- Wrap in bacon and seal in aluminum foil.
- Bake in a 400° oven until done, about 1 1/2 hours.
