Ingredients
- 2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined, but leave tails in place
- 2 c. flour (more or less)
- salt and pepper
- water
- 1 egg
Method
- Mix flour, egg and enough water to make a medium batter.
- Salt and pepper shrimp to taste.
- Fry on medium to high heat, turning until golden.
- Drain on paper towels.
