Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet relish
  • 6 slices American cheese

Method

  • Heat oven to 450°.
  • Mix baking mix, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and the milk until soft dough forms.
  • Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Turn onto surface floured with baking mix.
  • Knead 10 times.
  • Pat into rectangle, 12 x 8-inches, on greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake until light brown, about 8 minutes.
