Ingredients
- 4 cup popped popcorn
- 4 cup rice chex
- 1 cup cocktail peanuts
- 1 cup candy corn
- 16 oz white chocolate candy coating
Method
- Start melting candy coating using a double boiler.
- Pop popcorn.
- Place all dry ingredients in a very large bowl.
- Once coating is completely melted, pour over dry ingredients and mix throughly.
- Try to be easy so that you don't crumble up the cereal and popcorn.
- Spread out on wax paper to cool.
- Once completely hardened, break into small pieces.
- Store in airtight container.
