Ingredients
- fresh mushrooms
- 1 egg
- milk
- flour
Method
- Cut mushrooms in half. Take
- the
- egg and 1/4 cup milk and mix well in large bowl.
- Add mushrooms and cover with more milk. Let set for
- 15
- minutes.
- Mix
- well
- once.
- In another bowl, put about 1 cup
- flour and
- salt
- and pepper to taste. Pick up mushrooms with hand
- (do
- not drain) and mix in flour. Fry until golden brown.
- Tastes like oysters, and the cost is much less.
