Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
- 1 teaspoon curacao
- 1 teaspoon creme de cacao
- 1 teaspoon Pernod
- 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass.
