Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta
  • 8 ounces cheese, tortelini (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 (6 ounce) can black olives (cut in half)
  • 2 (8 1/2 ounce) cans artichoke hearts (quartered)
  • 1 lb ham (small cubes)
  • 1/2 lb salami (small cubes)
  • 1/2 lb cheese (small cubes, provolone, american, or cooper)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded or grated)
  • 16 ounces Italian dressing (Kraft Tuscan House or home made)
  • 5 pepperoncini peppers (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper (chopped red, green, or yellow)
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup broccoli floret
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  • Cook pasta per package and rinse under cold water. Drain well.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve warm or cold. Additional dressing might be needed as the pasta soaks it up,.
