- 1 lb pasta
- 8 ounces cheese, tortelini (fresh or frozen)
- 1 (6 ounce) can black olives (cut in half)
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) cans artichoke hearts (quartered)
- 1 lb ham (small cubes)
- 1/2 lb salami (small cubes)
- 1/2 lb cheese (small cubes, provolone, american, or cooper)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded or grated)
- 16 ounces Italian dressing (Kraft Tuscan House or home made)
- 5 pepperoncini peppers (sliced)
- 1/2 cup bell pepper (chopped red, green, or yellow)
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup broccoli floret
- 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Cook pasta per package and rinse under cold water. Drain well.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm or cold. Additional dressing might be needed as the pasta soaks it up,.
