Ingredients
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn
- 1 can LeSueur peas
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
Method
- Drain corn and peas.
- Dissolve sugar and spices in oil and vinegar.
- Add vegetables.
- Let stand overnight or longer.
