Ingredients
- 1 doz. fresh ears of sweet corn
- 1/2 gal. milk
- 1 stick margarine
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cut the tops of kernels of ears of corn.
- Back scrape cobs to get all juices.
- Cover with water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add milk.
- Cook on low heat until milk is hot, not boiling.
