Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. tortillas (corn)
  • 1 small can diced Ortega chiles
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can pitted olives
  • 1 (No. 2 1/2) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Lightly brown meat and onions; drain off grease.
  • Add rest of ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.
  • Lay tortillas in pan, layer with meat and cheese; repeat, ending with cheese.
  • You may want to reserve some sauce for top (optional).
  • Cover with foil; bake at 300° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
