Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. browned ground beef or turkey
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can mild Old El Paso enchilada sauce or Pace picante sauce
  • grated cheese
  • corn tortillas
  • sour cream
  • black olives

Method

  • Mix the first 4 ingredients in saucepan until hot.
  • Spray cake pan with Pam.
  • Ladle a small amount of sauce into cake pan.
  • Layer sauce, grated cheese and broken up raw corn tortillas.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Put in oven at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Top with sour cream and black olives when you serve.
