- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. browned ground beef or turkey
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mild Old El Paso enchilada sauce or Pace picante sauce
- grated cheese
- corn tortillas
- sour cream
- black olives
Method
- Mix the first 4 ingredients in saucepan until hot.
- Spray cake pan with Pam.
- Ladle a small amount of sauce into cake pan.
- Layer sauce, grated cheese and broken up raw corn tortillas.
- Top with cheese.
- Put in oven at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Top with sour cream and black olives when you serve.
