Ingredients
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 egg
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. raw chopped rhubarb
Method
- Mix all ingredients together; put into a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Make a topping by mixing together 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup nuts and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Add to the top of the batter. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
