Ingredients
- 1 (3 to 5 lb.) roast
- 2 small onions, cut in chunks
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 soup cans red wine
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
Method
- Cut roast into serving size chunks; pour soup and wine in crock-pot.
- Add onions and seasonings to your taste.
- Mix well and add meat.
- Cook on low 6 hours or on high 3 hours until done.
