Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chipped beef
- 10 chicken breasts (boned)
- 10 strips bacon
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Method
- Line a greased pan with the chipped beef.
- Wrap a strip of bacon around each chicken breast and arrange in casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over the chicken.
- Bake for 1 hour, covered, at 350°.
- Uncover and bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
- May be sprinkled with a little paprika, if desired. Serve on wild rice.
- Very good.
