Ingredients
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 baked pie shell
Method
- Mix together real good until smooth, then add boiling water; stir until dissolved.
- Put on stove and bring to a full boil. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.
- Put in refrigerator and cool. Put in 1-quart strawberries that have been cleaned.
- Frozen berries may be used, but reduce water to be added.
- Put in baked pie shell.
