Ingredients

  • 16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • vegies of your choice (broccoli, tomatoes, celery, onions, peppers, mushrooms)
  • tortilla chips for dipping

Method

  • Mix in food processor the cottage cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning mix.
  • Spread on small cookie sheet or similar tray. Select vegies you like and chop very fine.
  • Put on top of dip in rows about 2 inches wide.
  • Also, make a row or 2 of Mozzarella. Serve with tortilla or corn chips for dipping.
