Eggs In A Whole - Bread

Method

• Use a glass or anything round to cut a circle out of center of slice of bread.
• Melt margarine in frypan.
• Put bread and center cut out in hot butter.
• Break and cut out in hot butter.
• Break an egg into center of cut out bread slice.
• Salt and pepper to taste. Don't break yellow of egg.
• Brown on both sides.
• May need to add more butter when flipping over.
