Ingredients
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 2 c. ham
- 2 doz. eggs
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. diced cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
Method
- Saute in butter, onions, mushrooms and ham.
- Beat until frothy the eggs and milk, then scramble.
- Mix together eggs, ham, 1 can mushroom soup and diced cheese.
- Bake at 225° until bubbly.
