Ingredients
- 1 large eggplant, peeled and sliced thin
- your favorite pasta sauce
- 1/4 lb. ground beef
- milk
- egg
- olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Cheddar cheese
Method
- Dip eggplant slices in milk and egg and fry in olive oil. Layer this alternately with sauce and ground beef.
- Top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, then Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
