- 1 cup flour
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 cup cornmeal
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 34 cup milk
- 34 cup plain yogurt
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 34 cup cooked oatmeal
- 34 cup berries (optional)
Method
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, mix milk, yogurt, vanilla, and oil.
- Put the 2 bowls together, and stir just enough to moisten.
- Stir in cooked oatmeal.
- Fold in berries (if desired).
