Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 small pkg. egg noodles
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Method
- Brown meat and drain.
- Cook noodles and drain.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Let set about 45 minutes before serving, so sour cream can mix throughout.
- Serves 6.
