Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Method
- Use mixer.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add sugar gradually. Add cream of tartar, salt and vanilla.
- Mix until stiff.
- Bake at about 250° for 1 hour or longer.
