Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Beat the eggs; add water, salt and flour.
- Mix until smooth. Put on a plate, using a teaspoon scrape a little at a time into boiling salted water.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Drain in colander and rinse with cold water.
