Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. water
- Salt (optional)
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
Method
- Beat egg, add in salt, flour and water and stir smooth.
- Pour slowly from end of spoon into boiling soup.
- Cook 2 to 3 min and serve warm with minced parsley in soup.
