Ingredients
- 9 eggs
- 3 c. milk (best if not skim milk)
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Brown sausage; drain.
- Beat eggs.
- Mix all ingredients together; leave in refrigerator overnight.
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.
- Bake covered with foil.
