Ingredients

  • 1 Wakame seaweed
  • 1 Egg
  • 400 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Chinese soup stock
  • 1 Grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp Ponzu
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Ground sesame seeds

Method

  • Add all the ingredients in a pot and turn on the heat.
  • If the wakame seaweed needs to be rehydrate it, soak it in a bowl of water.
  • Beat the egg.
  • Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat to low, add the wakame seaweed, and swirl in the beaten egg.
  • Drizzle in the sesame oil at the end and turn off the heat.
  • Serve it into a bowl, sprinkle on the ground sesame seeds and it is done.
