Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, grated
- 1 doz. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Place eggs
- in
- 1/2
- quart
- casserole; mix soup with eggs. Add
- 3/4 of cracker crumbs.
- Dot with butter;
- sprinkle remaining crumbs
- on top.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
- This is a good dish
- to serve for brunch along with Canadian bacon, hot fruit dish, grits and rolls, champagne or coffee.
