Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 small dill pickle, finely chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar cherries, finely chopped and drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well and blotted very well

Method

  • The key to this cheese ball is the prep.
  • After finely chopping each item, please blot well with paper towel.
  • You must do this or you will have a cheese dip.
